CS- series corner seam welding machine is mainly used for four corner longitudinal seam welding of electric control box, tray, etc. The machine is driven by motors, controlled by the PLC, assisted controlled by electrical relay, so it can realize automatic welding. Welding current and welding can be set on the operation panel.It has high automation level. Adopts TIG welding power source, self melted or with wire feeder according to workpiece thickness. One face welding, two face formation.

Workpiece will be fixed on the welding core rod and be pressed tightly by quick pressing plate, welding torch will be averagely moving under the action of 60EMA-013A AC servo motor(P=400W, M=1.27NM,n=3000rpm)and precise ball screw and HGH20CA-820 precise liner rail. The welding speed can be manual adjusted by operation box according to the welding technology.
