This automatic circular seam welding machine is used to weld oil cylinder pedestal by circular seam welding. The machine is driven by motors, controlled by the PLC, assisted and controlled by electrical relay. It can realize automatic welding, welding currents and welding can be set on the operation panel. It has high automation level, the machine is composed of welding torch driving part, pneumatic system, electric control system and gas shield welding power source. Widely used for switch pedestal and cylinders welding. This machine has the following features:
• Modular design, allowing customizing the welding system according to customer requirement.
• Suitable for hydraulic cylinder pedestal circumferential seam welding.
• According to requirement, choose TIG, MIG/MAG welding process and double torches.
• Suitable for various materials, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy and aluminum alloy, etc.
• Welding torch is fixed, workpiece will be rotated, welding position is level.
• Machine is running by PLC control.
• Workpiece adopts jaw or center hole for location, pneumatic clamp and rotate synchronously, workpiece loding supporting fixture is on the bottom.
